Oat and Banana Pancake

Ingredients

  • bananas 2
  • oats 50g
  • egg 1
  • low fat milk 1/4
  • Flora 2tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • honey

      Instructions

      1. Add the bananas (skin peeled), oats, egg, low fat milk, Flora, a bit of salt to taste in a food processor / blender and make the batter. Add Flora in a pan at low heat and add the pancake batter. Cook until golden brown on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes each.
