Caramelized Savory Onion Dip

  • Thinly sliced onions 2 cups
  • Chopped curry leaves ¼ cup
  • ¼ inch ginger sliced
  • Fennel ½ tsp
  • Flora 3 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 1 tub (Optional)
  • Sugar 1tsb


  1. Melt Flora on low flame
  2. Add the fennel seeds and let it cook.
  3. Add onions, curry leaves, salt n let the onions cook until golden brown 
  4. Add sugar and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Once cooled mix in the cream cheese
  6. To be served with crackers
