- Thinly sliced onions 2 cups
- Chopped curry leaves ¼ cup
- ¼ inch ginger sliced
- Fennel ½ tsp
- Flora 3 tbsp
- Cream cheese 1 tub (Optional)
- Sugar 1tsb
- Melt Flora on low flame
- Add the fennel seeds and let it cook.
- Add onions, curry leaves, salt n let the onions cook until golden brown
- Add sugar and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled mix in the cream cheese
- To be served with crackers
